Communications that match how people talk
One Day Systems is a technology consulting firm serving the Kansas City metro that evaluates, designs, integrates and deploys business phone, VoIP, and paging systems for organizations.
The phone system, the meeting app, and the rooms each have their own logic. Joining a call has become a skill. Connectivity shows up as the first item on the agenda instead of the thing nobody notices.
The paths people really use — desk, mobile, room, and field — not only the diagram from the last carrier.
One collaboration story. Voice, meetings, and the network agree on how a person reaches another person.
Carriers, apps, and rooms connected so a meeting is a meeting, whether someone is at a desk or down the hall.
Rolled out so the first week is not a scavenger hunt. People get a path they will actually use.
We plan the cut so people can still reach the organization. The sequence is agreed before anything is unplugged, and we prove the new system with the people who use it.
Yes. Phone, VoIP, paging, and collaboration, including alerts that have to reach a room, a screen, or a phone.

Yes. One Day Systems serves the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line.
Often within days of scope agreement. Multi-site school work follows your calendar, including summers and breaks when that is what the buildings need.
Documentation, credentials in your name, training for the people who use it, and a clear handoff.
You can use what we build for your organization for as long as you like. We keep ownership of the underlying designs and tools, so we can keep improving them and reuse them on future projects. You can't resell or hand it off to another company without asking us first. It's all spelled out in our agreement before we start. No surprises.
Almost never. We document what you have, keep what still fits, and plan updates ahead of failure, so you only replace what you need, when you need it.
