One Day Systems is a technology consulting firm serving the Kansas City metro that evaluates, designs, integrates and deploys IT, AV, communications, security, hardware and software for schools, businesses, government and industrial sites.

These terms cover the public website of One Day Systems LLC, De Soto, Kansas.

Information, not an engagement

The pages describe how we work. They are not a proposal, a quote, or an agreement to perform services. Engagements are set out in a separate written agreement.

Quickly does not mean overnight

“Quickly” means we evaluate, design, integrate, and deploy without parking the work. It does not mean a project finishes overnight, or that systems are installed in a day.

No warranty on the pages

Content may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made solely from these pages, and we do not warrant that the site is error-free or fit for a particular situation.

Scheduling is handled by Calendly. KC Tech Trades is a separate site. Their terms apply there.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
