Conference room and AV integration in Kansas City

Rooms and events that just work

One Day Systems is a technology consulting firm serving the Kansas City metro that evaluates, designs, integrates and deploys conference room and event AV for schools, businesses, government and industrial sites.

The problem

A presentation should not depend on a private ritual. Flagship rooms and everyday rooms drift apart until none of them feel finished, and the event only holds if the right person is in the building.

How we work

Evaluate

The rooms that carry meetings, training, and events — and the smaller ones people actually book.

Design

A control path a presenter will use, tied to the network and the calendar. The same idea, repeated where it should be repeated.

Integrate

Audio, image, and control brought into the system you already run, so the room is not a separate kingdom.

Deploy

Proven with the people who will stand in the room. Left supportable, not dependent on a single memory.

Typical outcomes

  • Meetings that start when people do.
  • Events that hold without a technician parked in the corner.
  • A room standard the rest of the building can follow.

Questions

How long does a conference room AV install take?

A single conference room is often a few days on site once the design and the equipment are set. Classrooms, auditoriums, and multi-site work follow the building's calendar. We do not promise a room is finished overnight.

Can you integrate our existing cameras and access control?

Yes, when what you have is worth keeping. We look at the cameras, the access system, and the network, then connect them so the room is not a separate project from the rest of the building.

Do you serve both Kansas and Missouri?

Yes. One Day Systems serves the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line.

Are you a managed IT provider or project-based?

Project-based: evaluate, design, integrate, deploy. We are not a ticket-queue MSP.

How fast can you start?

Often within days of scope agreement. Multi-site school work follows your calendar, including summers and breaks when that is what the buildings need.

What happens after deployment?

Documentation, credentials in your name, training for the people who use it, and a clear handoff.

Who owns what you build?

You can use what we build for your organization for as long as you like. We keep ownership of the underlying designs and tools, so we can keep improving them and reuse them on future projects. You can't resell or hand it off to another company without asking us first. It's all spelled out in our agreement before we start. No surprises.

Do we have to replace everything?

Almost never. We document what you have, keep what still fits, and plan updates ahead of failure, so you only replace what you need, when you need it.
